Earlier this fall I had the pleasure of spending an evening with the beautiful Danielle and her fiance Luis.
We spent some time laughing, sharing stories, and exploring Westminister Ponds here in London, Ontario as we created their engagement portraits to celebrate their love and how its continued to strengthen even among these unusual times.

This evening…it couldn’t have been much better.

Months, many months thanks to COVID, in the making. I was thrilled to spend the evening with Cassandra & Craig at Fanshawe Conservation Area celebrating their love.

In a time that hasn’t been kind to so many, watching these to smile and laugh together was so beautiful. (Even as they started debating dinner options)

I was thrilled to work with the lovely ladies of Unmistakably You, Amy & Christie, as they prepared for the launch of new services and their Bar Bash event this summer.

It’s a title I proudly wear every single day, and in that I definitely found a kindred spirit in Rebecca.

I first met Rebecca, gosh…. years ago, when I was still pretty new on the London wedding scene as a photographer and she was going full speed ahead as the wedding planner and wedding decorator behind High Gloss Weddings.

To say that we have both grown and evolved since then might be the understatement of the year!

Over the last year I have learned so much about what a Doula is and how they work thanks to Shannon Moyer-Semenyei and Kerri Dowling of Sweet Stellas Birth and Post-Partum Doula’s based here in London, Ontario.

It’s been an amazing experience to immerse myself in learning about the work of these amazing ladies in support of mama’s and mama’s to be.

In some ways, Dayna was not my typical personal branding portrait client.

Earlier this season, I got to spend the day with the fabulous Kelley McIntyre getting her all glammed up and visiting a few of her homes and clients throughout London. The goal of our session - to showcase a little more of who she is and what she does because this girl is so much more than just another pretty face.

Emily & Josh got engaged on a bench in Ivey Park overlooking the fountain at the Forks of the Thames here in London, Ontario. It was the perfect place to photograph their engagement portraits as we wandered the park, down to Harris Park and even up to the Old Courthouse. I can't wait for their October 2020 Museum London Wedding Day!

Today I’m thrilled to be introducing you to another amazing lady here in London, Ontario. I had an opportunity a few months back to get Amy in front of my camera for a few minutes at the Blushing Babes Brunch and knew I wanted to feature her here.
