If you’re like me, you may not know what a Doula is beyond a bossy character from some Gilmore Girls episodes.
Over the last year I have learned so much about what a Doula is and how they work thanks to Shannon Moyer-Semenyei and Kerri Dowling of Sweet Stellas Birth and Post-Partum Doula’s based here in London, Ontario.
It’s been an amazing experience to immerse myself in learning about the work of these amazing ladies in support of mama’s and mama’s to be.
